Appficiency Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager I to lead a portfolio of programs and a team of Project Managers. You will drive PMO performance, profitability, and client satisfaction while shaping delivery strategy at an organizational level.

You will partner with firm leadership, own resource planning, and guide enterprise-level program strategy across client engagements, travelling as needed while maintaining executive-level relationships.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8-10+ years in project/program management with team leadership.
• PMI-PMP or PMI-ACP or equivalent certification is required.
• Deep, expert-level NetSuite experience in enterprise delivery environments.
• Proven track record of building profitable, executive-level client relationships.

Aufgaben

• Own PMO performance across a portfolio of client programs, accountable for delivery quality and profitability.
• Lead and manage a team of Project Managers, overseeing performance and career growth.
• Serve as the senior escalation point for critical program risks and issues.
• Set and refine delivery standards and PMO governance across your portfolio.
• Build executive-level client relationships and drive strategic account growth.
• Own strategic resourcing and capacity planning across your portfolio.
• Guide clients on enterprise-level program and portfolio strategy aligned to business objectives.
• Provide executive reporting on portfolio health, risk, and outcomes.
• Drive business development related to program and portfolio management engagements.
• Represent Appficiency's delivery capability externally and contribute to market presence.
• Contribute to practice-level strategy including PMO evolution.
