You will drive cross-segment coordination and establish standards to ensure executive visibility into performance, risks, and milestones. The role requires 12+ years in program leadership and experience maturing PMO and enterprise planning capabilities in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, Aerospace Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• PMO leadership experience and ability to mature enterprise planning capabilities.
• Experience with integrated master scheduling, earned value management, and portfolio reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) across all program segments.
• Manage program-wide integrated budgets and long-term financial plans.
• Establish cross-functional dependencies, interfaces, and milestone integration.
• Identify critical path risks, schedule variances, and execution concerns.
• Develop PMO governance frameworks, procedures, standards, and operating models.
• Drive portfolio-level schedule, cost, risk, and performance monitoring.
• Develop executive dashboards, scorecards, and performance metrics.
• Lead risk, dependency, and change integration across multiple organizations.
• Lead PMO process improvement and capability development initiatives.
• Mentor Program Managers across the enterprise.
