Job summary

F12.net is seeking a seasoned PMO Manager to establish and continuously improve the enterprise PMO framework. You will govern project delivery, define standards, and drive governance across portfolios and strategic initiatives.

You will partner with senior leadership to align priorities, manage intake and prioritization, and deliver executive-level reporting and decision support. This role demands strong leadership, communication, and Lean process capabilities in a fast-paced IT services

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in business, Administration, or a related field.
• PMI certification and formal PM training are required.
• Experience leading PMOs in multi-engagement environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and continuously improve PMO framework and playbook.
• Lead day-to-day Enterprise PMO operations and governance.
• Establish standards, templates, stage-gate processes, and delivery methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with governance requirements and executive reporting.
• Oversee risk, issue, and change management for initiatives.
• Develop executive dashboards and KPI reporting.
