Job summary

Dillon Consulting Limited is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Project Management Office (PMO). You will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects for external clients from proposals through completion, ensuring scope, schedule and budget standards are met.

Reporting to the Director, Project Management, you will mentor project managers, drive capacity building, and improve project delivery performance across national disciplines while balancing client needs and firm strategy.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in project management within engineering, environmental or planning consulting.
• Leading multi-disciplinary teams on high-risk or complex projects.
• PMP designation is a strong asset.
• Familiarity with ERP and project performance dashboards.
• Able to drive continuous improvement in delivery processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for external clients, meeting scope, schedule, budget and quality.
• Manage project teams across disciplines, clearing roadblocks and maintaining momentum.
• Serve as primary contact for client leadership, communicating vision and changes.
• Identify risks, forecast budgets and implement mitigation to protect margins.
