Job summary

Clio is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the PMO, supporting complex cross-functional initiatives across Vancouver, Calgary or Toronto. You will lead end-to-end programs, align execution with strategic goals, and partner with leaders to drive decisions and manage risks.

The role requires PMP or equivalent, 4+ years in SaaS/tech, and a keen ability to work with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work model with in-office expectations.

Qualifications

• An undergraduate degree in project management, business, research, leadership, or software development.
• PMP certification is essential; other project management trainings/certifications are a plus.
• 4+ years of experience in project management or adjacent roles in a fast-growing SaaS/tech company.
• Experience conducting needs assessments, scoping tasks and deliverables, facilitating decisions, and creating roadmaps/timelines.
• Experience facilitating workshops and coaching individuals.
• Demonstrated interest in applying AI to improve practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for complex cross-functional initiatives using best practices (PMP preferred).
• Collaborate with functional leaders to develop execution plans aligned to strategic goals.
• Drive alignment and decision-making with project leads and executives.
• Facilitate needs assessments and task scoping across workstreams; validate assumptions.
• Identify dependencies, remove blockers, and mitigate risks across teams.
