Dillon Consulting Limited seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects for external clients within our PMO structure. You will drive end-to-end delivery, align teams, and manage communications to ensure successful outcomes.

The role offers hybrid work options across Canada and requires deep expertise in professional services delivery, risk management, and project financial reporting. A PMP designation is a strong asset.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in engineering, environmental, or planning consulting.
• Strong ability to lead cross-disciplinary teams and manage client relationships.
• Experience with project turnaround or troubled projects is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead End-to-End Project Delivery for external clients, meeting scope, schedule, budget and quality.
• Manage project teams across disciplines, clearing roadblocks and maintaining momentum.
• Communicate with client leadership, provide clear updates and manage scope changes.
• Identify and mitigate risks and monitor budgets to protect project margins.
• Provide coaching to junior project managers to grow capabilities.
