Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for complex cross‑functional projects, including new product launches, global expansion, M&A, and internal transformation.
• Develop execution plans aligned with Clio’s strategic vision and goals.
• Drive strategic alignment and decision‑making discussions with project leads and executive stakeholders.
• Facilitate needs assessments and task scoping with work‑stream leaders, continually testing and validating assumptions.
• Identify and highlight dependencies, facilitating communication and collaboration across cross‑functional teams; remove barriers, track blockers, and mitigate risks.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a field related to project management, business, research, leadership, or software development.
• PMP certification or equivalent is required.
• 4+ years of experience in project management or adjacent disciplines within a fast‑growing SaaS/tech company.
• Proven experience conducting needs assessments, scoping tasks and deliverables, facilitating decision‑making, and creating roadmaps and Gantt charts.
• Experience facilitating workshops and coaching individuals.
• Demonstrated interest in improving craft using AI.

Serious bonus points: people‑management experience or prior leadership roles.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $102,000 to $138,000 CAD (salary bands vary by region).
