You will mentor a high‑performing PMM team and partner with Product, Sales and Marketing to shape market strategy, messaging and demand generation.

You bring 8+ years in product marketing with 4+ years in people leadership, plus a track record of scaling teams in fast-paced B2B SaaS environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS.
• 4+ years of direct people management or team leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead through complexity and drive GTM strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end messaging and GTM strategy for the Enterprise Impact Platform.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing PMM team; align output across Product, Sales and Marketing.
• Provide Voice of Customer insights to inform product strategy and go-to-market planning.
