Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Ad Formats in Canada to shape next-gen advertising experiences within a retail media ecosystem.

You will lead zero-to-one formats, coordinate with Sales, Engineering, and Retail teams, and partner with external tech providers to deliver AI-powered advertising solutions. This role emphasizes strategic thinking, cross-functional leadership, and delivering measurable commercial impact.

Qualifications

Experience in developing and managing user-facing advertising formats and experiences.
Proven track record of bringing new products or features to market.
Ability to balance advertiser objectives, user experience, retailer needs, and business performance.
Transform ambiguous opportunities into clear product strategies and roadmaps.
Manage external technology providers and coordinate integrations.
Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Engineering and Marketing.
Strategic thinking and prioritization based on value, potential and feasibility.
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Familiarity with performance-based advertising metrics.
Experience in advertising technology, retail media or digital commerce.
Interest in AI-driven advertising solutions.
Adaptability and ownership in dynamic environments.
Location eligibility: based in Canada (Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia or Nova Scotia).

Responsibilities

Define product strategy for new formats and advertiser categories.
Drive growth with new advertiser segments including payments providers and non-endemic brands.
Lead zero-to-one product development with cross-functional teams.
Develop new advertising formats including AI-enabled and in-store solutions.
Enhance user-facing experiences balancing shopper, advertiser and retailer needs.
Coordinate with Engineering, Sales and other stakeholders to launch products.
Manage external partnerships and integrations with third-party tech providers.
Prioritize investments based on customer value and technical feasibility.
Expand the advertising portfolio as initiatives mature.
Communicate strategy and performance to senior leadership.
Monitor effectiveness using feedback and commercial results.
