Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in product management for ad formats.
• Track record of launching user-facing products and managing trade-offs between users and advertisers.
• Experience managing partners and vendors, including external technology providers.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across sales, engineering, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary product partner to sales teams focused on New Advertiser types.
• Define the 0→1 strategy for each bet, then own execution while aligning cross-functional teams.
• Communicate tradeoffs, progress, and results clearly to senior stakeholders, including the GM of Ads.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Instacart Ads ecosystem.
