Jobgether SRL seeks a Senior Product Manager to shape a scalable Retailer App platform and analytics capabilities for major ecommerce retailers. You will lead strategy, collaborate with engineering, design, data, and customers to drive measurable outcomes.

You will own analytics, AI-powered insights, and data-driven recommendations while maintaining a fast pace and high quality across discovery to launch. This role offers remote work across Canada and significant product ownership.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of experience in B2B product management, including at least 2 years building and managing platform products.
• Experience developing scalable platforms, shared capabilities, reusable frameworks, or tools that support multiple product teams.
• Strong product and UX judgment to design intuitive experiences that simplify complex processes.
• Strategic thinking with ownership; manage ambiguity and deliver complex initiatives at pace.
• Cross-functional leadership across product, design, engineering, and data.
• Customer-focused approach for enterprise customers and their challenges.
• Analytical and communication skills to articulate strategies and decisions to senior leaders.
• Background in B2B SaaS, enterprise apps, ecommerce, or retail tech; analytics/AI capabilities are a plus.
• Collaborative mindset with a results-oriented, proactive approach to discovery through delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Retailer App platform strategy and define a long-term product roadmap for enterprise retailers.
• Improve user experience and feature adoption with seamless navigation and streamlined workflows.
• Build scalable platform foundations with reusable components and governance frameworks.
• Own Analytics & Insights products to provide visibility into commerce, content, and product performance.
• Turn data into actionable recommendations with data-driven, AI-powered capabilities.
• Drive product strategy and execution from discovery to launch balancing speed, quality, and impact.
• Collaborate across engineering, design, data, and product to align priorities and deliver integrated experiences.
• Engage with enterprise customers to validate concepts and translate needs into scalable solutions.
• Measure performance and continuously improve platform capabilities based on insights.
