CaptivateIQ in Canada is seeking a Staff Product Manager – Platform to own Identity & Access Management and Compliance capabilities, defining the strategy, roadmap, and execution for secure, scalable platform features.

You will partner with Engineering, Design, Product, Customer Success, and Go-To-Market teams to build foundational platform capabilities and deliver meaningful business impact for enterprise customers, while balancing risk, usability, and extensibility.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management with platform/infra focus
• Strong technical fluency; comfortable with system design
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority
• Excellent written and verbal communication for ambiguous/high-risk spaces
• Track record delivering durable, scalable platform capabilities in SaaS
• Direct experience owning Identity, Access Management, Security, or Compliance products

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, definition, and delivery of platform capabilities with Engineering and Design
• Write clear product requirements balancing security, usability, and extensibility
• Manage backlog, sequencing, and scope to ensure high-quality delivery
• Influence engineering direction and collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Support
• Define and maintain IAM and Compliance roadmap aligned with risk and trust
