Job summary

MaintainX is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to own IAM and Entitlements/Product Configuration domains. You will partner with engineering to expand the charter and build a unified framework for licensing, monetization, and feature rollout, while ensuring alignment with Sales, CS, and Finance.

You will operate in two modes—scaling a mature team and founding a new domain—driving product rigor across two technically deep areas within the Product Foundations Group.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience with defined roadmaps or charters.
• Experience in mature, technically deep domains (IAM) and nascent ones concurrently.
• Ability to drive consolidation of fragmented legacy systems into a unified framework.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for IAM and Entitlements/Product Configuration teams.
• Define charter, roadmap, and success metrics for new domain.
• Prioritize delivery with engineering and align with Sales/CS/Finance on licensing needs.
• Establish a unified framework for feature flagging, gating, and rollout across product.
