Job summary

Mobility Global Inc. in Canada is seeking a Senior IGA Engineer specializing in SailPoint IdentityIQ (On-Prem) to own and operate the identity governance platform within a hybrid work model.

You will configure, optimize, and upgrade IdentityIQ, run certifications, and implement JML, RBAC/ABAC, and SoD policies while aligning with audit and cyber resilience requirements. Qualifications

• 6+ years in identity governance/IAM.
• Deep IdentityIQ knowledge across apps, lifecycles, certifications, roles and rules.
• Experience with on‑prem IdentityIQ installation, upgrades, and tuning.

Responsibilities

• Configure, operate, and maintain on‑prem IdentityIQ platform.
• Design and run access certifications and recertification campaigns.
• Implement JML workflows and provisioning/deprovisioning.
• Build RBAC/ABAC models and SoD controls.
• Produce governance evidence and reports for audits and resilience.
• Own IdentityIQ patching, upgrades, and connector reliability.
• Document configurations and cross-train backups.
