Job summary

MongoDB is seeking a Staff Product Manager to own the Partner Platform, including the Partner API, onboarding, enterprise controls, and marketplace experiences. You will translate partner and customer needs into a clear product vision and actionable roadmaps, working cross-functionally with IAM, Billing, Security, Docs, Analytics, and more.

Qualifications

8+ years of product management or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated success taking a product or platform from ambiguous opportunity through launch, adoption, and continued evolution.
Deep technical fluency: APIs, authentication/authorization, distributed systems, security trade-offs.
Experience building products for developers, technical users, AI-native workflows, or ecosystems.

Responsibilities

Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Partner Platform, starting with the Partner API.
Turn partner and customer needs into clear product bets and sequenced deliveries.
Build the next phases of the Partner API including onboarding, controls, and billing.
Establish a repeatable operating model for partner intake, engagement, and launch readiness.
Partner with cross-functional teams to align towards cross-functional outcomes.
