The Staff Product Manager – Platform will own critical platform capabilities that underpin every CaptivateIQ customer experience: Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Compliance.
This role is responsible for defining and delivering the strategy, roadmap, and execution for core account and platform capabilities, including authentication, authorization, permissions, auditability, and compliance-related features. These systems ensure our platform is secure, scalable, and enterprise-ready.
You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Product, Customer Success, and Go-To-Market partners to build foundational platform capabilities and deliver meaningful business impact. This is a high-impact individual contributor role for a senior product leader who thrives at the intersection of platform architecture, risk management, and customer trust.

The compensation offered for this position will depend on numerous factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and the location of the selected candidate. The base salary range for this role is $166,850– $262,551. Compensation for candidates hired in Canada will be provided in Canadian dollars and may differ from the ranges listed above due to currency conversion.
