Job summary

Mondelēz International in Ontario seeks a senior operations leader to drive production performance, safety, quality, and cost targets. You will implement IL6S and a Factory of the Future mindset, coaching teams and promoting a zero-loss culture across line operations.

You will oversee governance of performance, drive continuous improvement, and ensure adherence to corporate quality, food safety, and GMP standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize the plant's reliability

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Automation or Electrical disciplines preferred.
• Green or Black Belt Certification preferred.
• Experience in lean six sigma and TPM an asset.
• Prior experience leading teams of technical resources an asset.
• Travel requirements: No.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, cost, and productivity targets.
• Coach line leaders; cascade plans and KPIs to staff.
• Establish governance for performance reviews and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with quality, food safety, GMP, and local requirements.
• Develop talent and capability across the manufacturing team.
