Job summary

PepsiCo Mississauga Canada invites an experienced factory manager to lead the Mississauga site, directing day-to-day operations, production planning, safety, and quality programs to meet strategic goals.

You will develop strong leadership within the production teams, partner across functions, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with global guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or a related Engineering discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, operations, or plant management within a complex, matrixed, or international environment.
• Proven experience leading site operations, including production, maintenance, quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong people leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to build engaged teams and foster a positive, collaborative culture.
• Experience implementing new technologies, automation, capital projects, or operational transformation initiatives.
• Ability to manage end-to-end plant operations, balancing strategic priorities with day-to-day operational needs.
• Experience working cross-functionally with supply chain, engineering, finance, and regulatory stakeholders.
• Food, beverage, consumer goods, or similarly regulated manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in the Mississauga Canada factory to ensure a highly motivated, well-trained and self-managed leadership team.
• Mentor, coach and develop the management team in Mississauga Canada.
• Accountable for safety, quality, health, environmental policies and ensuring site adherence to global guidelines.
• Contribute to strategy formation and translate it into plans and yearly objectives.
• Set clear direction for the Mississauga Canada operation by ensuring delivery of the CO2 business according to plans, KPIs, values and people processes.
• Overseeing the day-to-day operation, ensuring optimum efficiency in operational management – by providing and following management routines.
• Drive productivity and support continuous improvement projects to increase efficiency and encourage team members to identify, present and lead process improvement projects.
• Budgetary responsibility and accountability for all areas managed; monitor cost management and establish cost reduction objectives quarterly and annually.
• Accountability for Mississauga Canada projects within operation, ensuring that projects are led to end-state results.
