Job summary

KAPP Infrastructure Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Planner/Scheduler to support a portfolio of major road, utilities, and bridge projects across Ontario. You will develop, monitor, and analyze schedules, serving as a planning advisor to PM and operations teams.

The role requires independent work, collaboration with operations, and practical scheduling solutions in a fast-paced construction environment. Strong knowledge of scheduling tools and CPM principles is essential.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Scheduler/Planner/Project Controls in construction.
Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, or PM preferred.
Experience on large-scale infrastructure or transit projects valued at $15M+ preferred.
Experience supporting Metrolinx transit infrastructure projects is highly regarded.
Knowledge of scheduling principles, project controls, and CPM analysis.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and coordinate resource-loaded schedules in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project from startup to closeout.
Track progress, analyze data, monitor critical path, and report impacts to stakeholders.
Manage baseline changes and provide timely reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
Lead development and audit of FIWPs to support project execution.
Prepare schedule updates, forecasts, and performance analyses for leadership and clients.
