Green Infrastructure Partners Inc. is seeking an experienced Scheduler in Toronto, Ontario to join our Major Projects Division. You will manage schedules for large infrastructure initiatives, from procurement through completion, coordinating multiple teams and ensuring best-practice planning.

You will develop calendars, resource data, and KPI dashboards, while applying QSRA and Acumen where required. A strong background in heavy civil scheduling and cross-functional collaboration is essential

Qualifikationen

• Degree in business, engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience in schedule management for heavy civil construction projects.
• Strong planning, scheduling and reporting skills.

Aufgaben

• Read and understand RFP bid documents and schedule requirements.
• Create and maintain project schedule in Primavera P6 for procurement phase.
• Coordinate work scope integration into the project plan.
• Develop project calendars, resource data libraries, and coding conventions.
• Prepare progress reports and KPI dashboards for stakeholders.
• Conduct schedule risk analysis and manage schedule variations.
