Job summary

NSB Omega in Toronto seeks a Senior Planner to lead schedule for a multi-billion-dollar energy infrastructure mega-project with a target 2035. You will develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), manage Primavera P6 CPM schedules across design, permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations readiness, and coordinate with EPC/EPCM partners.

Qualifications

15+ years of project scheduling and controls experience.
Extensive experience with Primavera P6 and CPM scheduling.
Experience developing Integrated Master Schedules for large programs.
Experience from FEED/Pre-FID and Owner side.
Strong understanding of schedule interfaces and project controls.

Responsibilities

Lead development, maintenance, and optimization of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for a mega-project.
Develop and manage Primavera P6/CPM schedules across the full project lifecycle.
Establish and maintain schedule framework: WBS, calendars, milestones, dependencies, interfaces, governance.
Coordinate schedules across engineering, permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations readiness.
Integrate contractor and partner schedules into a program-level master schedule.
Review and challenge contractor schedules, progress updates, and recovery plans.
Identify schedule risks and conduct risk analysis and scenario planning.
