Job summary

Allnorth is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler in Nanaimo, Canada to plan, manage and optimize complex engineering and construction project schedules. You will collaborate with Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams to maintain baselines, monitor progress and identify risks, ensuring on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates bring 5–8 years of scheduling or controls experience, strong Primavera P6 and MS Project skills, and knowledge of CPM, WBS, baselines and EVM.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of project scheduling or project controls experience.
• Experience in engineering consulting, EPC/EPCM, industrial construction, mining, energy or infrastructure.
• Strong hands-on Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project experience.
• Knowledge of CPM scheduling, schedule logic, baselines and WBS.
• Forecasting, progress measurement and schedule variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project
• Establish baselines, milestones, WBS, dependencies and critical paths
• Monitor progress and perform schedule variance and critical path analysis
• Identify schedule risks, delays and trends and support corrective actions
• Support resource forecasting, progress measurement and project reporting
• Work closely with Project Managers to provide schedule updates and recommendations
