Job summary

Allnorth Consultants Limited in Calgary, Alberta is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to support the planning and delivery of complex engineering and construction projects. You will develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project, establish baselines, milestones, WBS, dependencies and critical paths.

The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years in scheduling or project controls within engineering consulting or EPC/EPCM, strong CPM scheduling knowledge, EVM awareness,

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of project scheduling or project controls experience.
• Degree or diploma in Engineering, Business, Project Management or related field.
• Knowledge of CPM scheduling, EVM principles and schedule analysis.
• Experience in engineering consulting, EPC/EPCM, or infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Establish baselines, milestones, WBS, dependencies and critical paths.
• Monitor progress, perform schedule variance and critical path analysis.
• Identify schedule risks and support corrective actions.
• Support resource forecasting, progress measurement and reporting.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to provide schedule updates.
