Job summary

Accenture Construct is seeking a seasoned Planning Lead to oversee end-to-end scheduling for large-scale projects in Toronto. You will drive schedule planning, progress measurement, and risk-informed baselines, partnering with engineers, project managers and vendors.

The role demands deep expertise in Primavera P6, Navisworks, Synchro, and Power BI, plus a track record of on-time delivery in complex programs. You will lead multi-discipline teams and mentor staff to achieve excellence.

Qualifications

• Requires 15+ years planning and scheduling experience on large projects
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required
• Certification in PMP, PMI-SP, PSP, CCP or PMI-RMP preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead schedule planning, development and maintenance of progress measurement and earned value
• Prepare scheduling procedures, work instructions and ensure compliance by contractors and project team
• Oversee the Master schedule, baseline schedules and progress updates to clients
