Job summary

Meta is seeking an Area Schedule Lead to provide regional scheduling leadership for a North America Mega Campus program. The role acts as the technical SME for scheduling, supporting CW schedules, baseline reviews with GC/TP partners, and monthly deliverables.

You will drive IMS updates, E2E scheduling, and project health reporting while mentoring junior schedulers. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in planning/scheduling, strong expertise in Primavera P6, MS Project and Smartsheets, and a proven

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent
• 10+ years in Planning, Scheduling, Construction Management, or related field
• Familiar with data center, manufacturing, infrastructure, or construction programs with complex commissioning specs
• Subject Matter Expert in Primavera P6, MS Project, Smartsheets, Lean Planner, TAKT Planning
• Demonstrated analytical, communication, problem solving, prioritization, organization and reporting skills
• Experience with Earned Value Management and resource-loaded schedules
• Experience developing/managing owner’s planning and scheduling program
• Experience negotiating schedule changes or complex construction claims
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to influence strategic direction

Responsibilities

• Lead regional scheduling and provide expert SME support to CW Schedule team and project controls analysts
• Review and approve baseline schedules with GC and TP partners; manage monthly schedule deliverables
• Provide End-to-End schedule updates and IMS updates; report project health and escalate risks
• Mentor CW schedulers and support capacity planning and risk identification
• Review all Extension of Time (EOT) requests and assist in schedule related changes
