Job summary

Felix Pharmacy in Richmond Hill is launching a brand-new location and seeks an Assistant Manager to lead the pharmacy team. You’ll shape processes, supervise daily operations, mentor staff, and ensure accurate dispensing in a compliant, patient-centric environment.

Working with the Pharmacy Management team, you’ll oversee hiring, onboarding, SOP creation, and performance evaluations, while maintaining inventory integrity and regulatory standards to support long-term growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pharmacy experience with leadership or management experience preferred.
• Licensed pharmacist in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Kroll and pharmacy management systems.
• Commitment to accuracy, patient safety and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to improve operational processes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Help shape and launch a brand-new Richmond Hill location; lead operations from day one.
• Oversee daily workflow, supervise staff, and establish scalable processes.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations; create SOPs and reference materials.
• Ensure prescription accuracy, safety, and quality; provide expert medication consultations.
