Felix Pharmacy in Richmond Hill, Ontario, is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to oversee full operations of our Richmond Hill pharmacy. You will lead a large multidisciplinary team, including pharmacists, technicians, and staff, with accountability for hiring, scheduling, and performance management, while ensuring compliance and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Part A licensed pharmacist in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP).
• 7+ years of pharmacy experience with leadership of large teams in high-volume environments.
• Ability to hire, manage, coach, and performance-manage sizeable multidisciplinary teams; strong structure and accountability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in Kroll and comfort with pharmacy management systems.
• Drive process improvements and maintain performance in deadline-driven settings.
• Strong commitment to patient safety and regulatory compliance with OCP and NAPRA standards.

What You’ll Do

As Pharmacy Manager, you will be accountable for the overall operations, performance, and regulatory standing of our Richmond Hill pharmacy. You will lead with ownership and accountability, overseeing hiring, scheduling, workforce planning, and full-cycle performance management for a large, multidisciplinary team that includes pharmacists, technicians, assistants, shipping staff, and people managers. In this role, you will coach and develop other leaders, strengthening leadership capability, consistency, and accountability across teams through structured feedback, performance evaluations, and ongoing development. You will build and sustain a culture of operational excellence by overseeing onboarding, training programs, and SOP development, ensuring clarity and consistency at scale. You will manage daily workflows and uphold full compliance with federal and provincial regulations and company standards, including those set by the Ontario College of Pharmacists and the National Association of Pharmacy Regulatory Authorities.

You will drive operational performance by optimizing processes, managing resources, and enabling the pharmacy to scale effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. You will champion patient safety by supervising prescription review, preparation, and dispensing, while also engaging directly with patients through medication consultations and professional guidance. Additionally, you will oversee inventory management, physical counts, and ordering processes to maintain efficiency and supply integrity. Throughout all aspects of the role, you will lead with confidence in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment, keeping teams aligned, motivated, and effective through ongoing growth and change.

What We’re Looking For

• Licensing: Part A licensed pharmacist in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
• Experience: 7+ years of pharmacy experience, with demonstrated success leading large teams in high-volume or fast-paced environments
• People Leadership: Proven ability to hire, manage, coach, and performance-manage sizeable multidisciplinary teams; experience building structure, accountability, and a strong team culture is essential
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity, alignment, and cross-functional collaboration
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Kroll and comfort working with pharmacy management systems
• Operational Expertise: Ability to drive process improvements and maintain performance in a deadline-driven environment
• Professional Standards: Strong commitment to patient safety and regulatory compliance, with demonstrated understanding of OCP and NAPRA standards
