The role mixes on-site presence with a hybrid work model, requiring strong engineering and project-management discipline. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality, ensure GMP/GxP compliance, and collaborate with clients to optimise manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical, automation, or related field) required.
• Senior-level experience managing technical automation projects in pharma or highly regulated environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a focus on continuous improvement and risk management.
• Experience with GMP/GxP regulations and validation practices is highly valued.
• Proficiency with PM tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or Smartsheet; Excel and data tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead pharmaceutical automation projects from concept through commissioning, meeting scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Oversee the design, integration, and validation of automation systems.
• Define project requirements and prepare technical documentation.
• Monitor project risks and ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations.
• Collaborate with clients to improve manufacturing processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide clear reporting on project status and performance metrics.
