Job summary

Publicis Health Toronto is seeking a Senior Project Manager with a pharma/healthcare background to lead end-to-end digital projects, from brief to production. You’ll work with Account Managers in a production environment to drive schedules, resources, and workflows for banners, social, websites, and shoots.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in digital pharma PM, strong leadership, and proficiency with PM tools.

Qualifications

4+ years in a project management role in the digital space, specifically pharma advertising and marketing.
Understanding of web production methodologies, concepts and processes.
Experience delivering or participating in web development and digital projects; banners, social adds, websites, photoshoots.
Ability to motivate and manage teams to deliver results
Knowledge of standard project management and / or task management tools (MS Project, Asana, JIRA).

Responsibilities

Manage & motivate multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
Coordinate maintenance of tier one websites; manage small projects end-to-end.
Monitor progress, remove obstacles, ensure timely delivery.
Anticipate client needs during implementation and maintenance.
Interface with clients/partners and maintain positive relationships.
Assist in creating project documentation (requirements, briefs, timelines, status).
Work with PM team to resolve resource conflicts efficiently.
Build and maintain stakeholder relationships; keep everyone informed of status.
Monitor actual vs. estimated time and report weekly on budget status.
