Job summary

BGBx is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Mississauga to lead client projects through the full lifecycle, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and adherence to quality standards. The role reports to the Director of Project Management and requires strong business judgment and strategic thinking.

You will coordinate resources across departments, forecast needs, and work closely with the Account team to obtain client sign-off while maintaining regulatory and medical-legal compliance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience in pharmaceutical advertising or medical education.
• Able to lead multiple projects and project coordinators with strategic planning and risk mitigation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Manages the overall scope, timeline, and budget of client projects across the lifecycle.
• Facilitates interdepartmental negotiation to align resources and timelines.
• Collaborates with Account team to obtain client sign-off on project plans.
• Prepares for legal and regulatory submissions and maintains quality standards.
• Forecasts resource needs and manages risks, issues, and changes.
• Acts as a central hub for project information and brand knowledge.
• Ensures delivery exceeds client expectations and maintains accountability.
