JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Project Manager with strong experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing technology transfer to support a major initiative with one of Canada’s leading pharmaceutical clients. This individual will lead the end- to- end transfer of commercial drug products from internal teams to external manufacturing partners (CMOs/CPOs).

The ideal candidate has previously led multiple technology transfers, understands pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, and is comfortable driving complex programs with minimal oversight. This is a high-visibility senior role that requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and technical understanding of the pharma lifecycle.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

5–10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry (MUST be pharma—no food/cosmetics).
Proven experience leading multiple (5+) end- to- end Technology Transfer projects involving external manufacturing partners.
Strong understanding of:
- Stability studies
- Regulatory and compliance expectations
- Budget management + milestone payments
- Cross‑functional leadership
Experience coordinating with CMOs/CPOs and working with cross‑functional teams (QA, QC, MS&T, R&D, Supply Chain, Regulatory).
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present to senior leaders and executives.
Must be located in Canada and available 3 days onsite in North York.
