Vantage is a remote-first company headquartered in Toronto, seeking a Sr People Partner to coach engineers and managers across Canada, the US, and the UK. You will drive a culture of performance, guide leaders with candid advice, and own performance cycles from planning to evaluation.

You will lead employee relations, design leadership training, and help shape people policies while partnering with payroll and benefits to ensure compliant, fair programs across jurisdictions.

Competenze

• 5 to 7 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role.
• Experience at a scaling SaaS or technology company, incl. engineering partnerships.
• Hands-on ER experience, incl. investigations, PIPs and terminations.
• Strong knowledge of performance management and competency frameworks.
• Ontario employment law knowledge; US/California exposure is an asset.

Mansioni

• Be the primary people partner for employees, people leaders and team leads across the business.
• Coach managers to drive high performance with clear goals and accountability.
• Design and launch a leadership training program for new and developing managers.
• Run the 90-day and Annual Review processes for client groups.
• Own ER cases from first concern to resolution, including investigations.
• Support policy rollouts and manager training across jurisdictions.
