Job summary

Talent Edge is seeking a Senior Associate to deliver executive coaching, team development programs, and 360 assessment debriefs for senior leaders across a boutique client base. Qualifications

• ICF credential (ACC, PCC, or MCC) and at least five years of experience as an executive coach or in a similar role.
• Graduate degree in Psychology or Education with at least five years of related professional experience.
• Excellent presence with senior leaders; ability to coach individuals, facilitate groups, and lead thoughtful feedback conversations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one coaching to senior leaders with clear development goals and accountability.
• Lead team coaching programs with structured learning, guided discussion, and follow-up.
• Translate complex leadership challenges into practical development plans to strengthen presence and impact.
• Customize and facilitate in-person and virtual workshops for various audiences and contexts.
• Lead 360 assessment debriefs and integrate feedback into coaching.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for client accounts and maintain relationships.
• Lead discovery conversations and identify opportunities to deepen partnerships.
• Contribute to proposals and RFP responses through research and clear communication.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure quality and alignment across engagements.
• Take on related responsibilities as needed.
