Ledcor Group in Vancouver seeks a Senior Payroll Administrator to lead full-cycle payroll across salary, hourly, union and non-union staff. You will use JD Edwards to ensure accuracy and compliance across multiple jurisdictions and frequencies.

You will bring 4+ years of payroll experience, strong knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation, and a track record in reconciliations, remittances, and time-entry escalations. Hybrid role with centralized team support.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of payroll experience in a high-volume environment.
• Strong knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation and multi-jurisdictional compliance.
• Experience with JD Edwards (JDE) and payroll ERP systems.

Responsabilités

• Process full-cycle payroll for salary, hourly, union and non-union staff across frequencies.
• Prepare and remit statutory payments to CRA, WCB, EHT and others.
• Maintain general ledger reconciliations and time-entry data with accuracy.
• Support time-entry systems and resolve escalated payroll issues.
