Job summary

Push Operations is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the vision for payroll and integrations, collaborating with engineers, designers, and payroll specialists to shape the roadmap across Canada and the United States. You will ensure payroll accuracy, drive end-to-end integration strategy, and guide cross-functional teams toward impactful customer outcomes.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years in product management with end-to-end ownership.
  • Hands-on payroll experience in Canada or the United States.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS with real operational complexity.
  • Comfort working with data directly and APIs.
  • Strong written communication and ability to influence.
  • Proven track record shipping products adopted by customers.

Responsibilities

  • Set and communicate the product vision and roadmap for payroll and integrations.
  • Drive payroll initiatives across Canada and US jurisdictions.
  • Own the integrations portfolio end to end (build/maintain/refactor/sunset).
  • Talk to customers regularly to understand needs and opportunities.
  • Define metrics for payroll accuracy and integration health and defend decisions.
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, QA, support, sales and customer success.
  • Build the go-to-market plan with customer facing teams.
