Job summary

MNP Digital is seeking a Manager, Payroll Solutions to lead payroll and HCM consulting engagements in Canada’s growing market. You will oversee implementation teams, manage client relationships, and drive business growth while modernizing payroll/workforce management capabilities.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic payroll solutions, ensure governance, and mentor consultants, contributing to a fast-growing practice with meaningful client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of consulting, implementation, or advisory experience delivering Payroll and HCM solutions.
• Experience leading complex software implementation projects in a client-facing consulting environment.
• Proven experience managing project scope, budgets, and engagement profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementations of Payroll and Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions for clients across various industries.
• Provide strategic guidance on payroll transformation initiatives and workforce management processes.
• Lead current-state assessments, future-state design, business process reviews, and solution recommendations.
• Facilitate discovery workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and stakeholder interviews.
• Guide clients through process redesign activities to improve efficiency, compliance, and employee experience.
• Support data migration, validation, testing, and go-live planning.
• Configure payroll and workforce management solutions to meet client operational and compliance requirements.
• Advise clients on solution adoption, optimization opportunities, and leading practices.
• Manage multiple client engagements, budgets, timelines, and ensure on-time delivery.
