Summary:
Responsibilities:
  1. Championing our human and high-performing culture, processes and experiences through the employee life cycle
  2. Administering and coordinating day to day operations of the people team, including employee relations, employee experience, social impact, learning and development, execution of our talent systems programs, benefits administration, people systems admin, and talent acquisition.
  3. Active role in triaging and resolving employee requests submitted via our ticketing platform.
  4. Managing offboarding processes and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure a smooth offboarding experience.
  5. Tracking invoices and vendor contracts.
  6. Monitoring recognition and social requests.
  7. Ensuring process and document hygiene and compliance within People functions.
  8. Enhancing People information systems for better accessibility and self-service.
  9. Building strong relationships within the people team and with other stakeholders.
  10. Maintaining employment records in HRIS platforms, ensuring data integrity.
  11. Assisting with employee and manager queries and monitoring people trends.
  12. Participating in cross-functional projects as needed.
Technical Skills:
  1. Knowledge of legislation and compliance enforcement.
  2. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including formulas.
  3. Ability to train and transfer knowledge to junior staff.
  4. Experience with HRIS systems and system improvements.
Required Skills & Experience:
  1. PCP designation.
  2. 3-5 years of Payroll experience.
  3. Experience with Workday preferred.
  4. Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  5. Advanced Excel proficiency.
  6. Project management experience.
  7. US or Global payroll expertise preferred.
  8. Proficiency with Global Payroll and EOR technology preferred.

Salary Range:

The full salary range for this role is $89,300 to $105,000 to $120,700 CAD, with variations based on location and experience.
