We are looking for an experienced consultant to join our Group Benefits team in our Toronto office. The role involves managing projects for client organizations of various sizes and business sectors, and, depending on your interest, participating in business development.

In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage ongoing projects and resources
  • Delegate and check the work of consultants, associate consultants and analysts
  • Make recommendations, anticipate needs and respond to requests from internal and external clients
  • Take part in annual projects (budgets, financial statement analyses, renewals, etc.) and ad hoc projects (plan design analyses, benchmarking, market studies, etc.)
  • Make recommendations to clients and propose solutions
  • Prepare presentations for various concerned parties and members

Based on your interests, you could:

  • Contribute to research and development in one of our areas of expertise (drug management, international consulting, actuarial valuations, administrative solutions, DEI, health, tools and efficiency, etc.)
  • Participate in external visibility activities (e.g., conferences)
  • Help prepare proposals and presentations to potential clients.
  • Contribute to talent management

You must hold one of the degrees listed below and demonstrate the required abilities:

  • University degree in one of the following fields: actuarial science, mathematics, finance, economics or business administration
  • At least eight years of relevant experience
  • Consulting experience or relevant experience in group benefits
