Job Description

The role involves overseeing and supporting the management, configuration, and enhancement of our Human Capital Management System (Dayforce), focusing on benefits administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Dayforce, benefits management processes, and data analytics, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure benefits are integrated and effectively managed.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. HCM System Management: Configure, maintain, and support Dayforce, ensuring benefits data flows seamlessly.
  2. Benefits Administration: Manage setup, testing, and implementation of benefits features within Dayforce, aligning with company policies and legal standards.
  3. Data Integration: Ensure accurate and timely benefits data integration between Dayforce and third-party vendors.
  4. System Troubleshooting: Resolve issues related to benefits administration, collaborating with Ceridian IC and vendors.
  5. Process Improvement: Identify and recommend system enhancements to optimize benefits administration.
  6. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure processes comply with regulations like ERISA, ACA, and HIPAA.
  7. Training & Support: Provide training to HR teams and end-users on benefits processes within HRIS systems.
  8. People Management: Assist in leading a team of five indirect reports.
Qualifications
  • Certification in HRIS or benefits administration (e.g., CBP, PHR, SHRM-CP).
  • Experience with HRIS data integration and third-party vendor management.
  • Knowledge of additional HR software solutions or advanced data analysis tools.
  • This role requires 10% travel.
