Hey there, trailblazers! If you're passionate about making a real impact, listen up! We're Cayenta, a division of Harris, and we're seeking an enthusiastic Application Consultant to join our vibrant team. Dive into ERP Software implementation and be a vital part of our success journey!

This remote role is open to candidates anywhere in Canada and the US. A valid passport/visa is required for travel between Canada and the USA.

What your impact will be :

1. Understand client business requirements and participate in requirement elicitation.
2. Analyze client practices to develop and present strategies for application implementation.
3. Gain industry expertise to enhance project performance and customer experience.
4. Participate in system configuration.
5. Help develop test plans to identify and prevent application issues.
6. Perform testing based on use case requirements, including functionality and data validation.
7. Work with Support to transition new customers post-go-live, ensuring high customer service standards.
8. Collaborate on training customers and staff on product functions via onsite, web conference, or other methods.
9. Participate in sales and marketing activities, including responding to RFPs, product demos, and conferences.

What we are looking for :

1. Experience in Business Analysis, especially with Financial, Payroll, or Work Management software, or relevant education.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Human Capital Management, or related fields.
3. Exceptional customer service skills with a willingness to engage in client-facing roles.
4. Problem-solving skills to support business leaders.
5. Proficiency in Office 365.
6. Willingness to travel up to 50%.

What would make you stand out :

1. Knowledge of Accounting, Payroll, and Human Resources.
2. Experience implementing accounting or payroll software.
3. Working knowledge of SQL.
