Just Sales Jobs in Brampton, Ontario is seeking a Senior Account Manager to drive packaging solutions across the GTA. You will manage existing accounts while prospecting new business with manufacturers, e-commerce firms, distributors and 3PLs, leveraging a hybrid field-based schedule.

You’ll earn a first-year guaranteed $135,000–$150,000 CAD plus commissions, with uncapped earning potential and ample support from a sales-driven leadership team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B outside sales experience in the packaging industry is required.
• Experience managing an existing book of business while developing new accounts is essential.
• Sales to purchasing, operations and senior leadership at manufacturers, distributors, e-commerce companies or 3PLs is expected.
• Post-secondary degree or diploma is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell packaging products and packaging automation to manufacturers, e-commerce companies, distributors and 3PLs in the GTA.
• Split focus 50% account management and 50% new business development.
• Inherit an existing book of approximately 20–30 accounts from Day 1 and earn commissions from day one.
• Operate in a hybrid field-based role with in-office days in Brampton, Ontario; travel infrequently.
