Job summary

Maarut Inc. seeks a Senior Business Analyst to autonomously drive a multi-year program in an agile, matrixed environment. You will rapidly understand complex business needs, structure them, and deliver incremental analysis to support frequent delivery.

Experience in individual insurance (life/health/disability/annuities) and claims knowledge accelerates onboarding. You will contribute to backlog refinement with the PO and PM at both feature and story levels, escalating blockers early.

Qualifications

• Proven experience documenting business rules and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to challenge responses and escalate blockers early.
• Experience in agile, multi-team environments with ambiguous stakeholders.
• Insurance domain knowledge accelerates onboarding in personal/individual insurance.
