Job summary

PwC Canada is seeking an Oracle Payroll lead to drive meaningful outcomes in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll implementations for clients. You will own design, configuration, and payroll reconciliation, collaborating with business and IT stakeholders across modules.

The role requires hands-on experience across the full lifecycle, strong documentation, and the ability to translate complex payroll concepts into business language. Salary information is provided in the posting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 Yrs in Oracle Cloud HCM
• Must have worked on a minimum of 2 end‑to‑end payroll implementations
• The candidate is expected to be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Must have at least 2 full projects experience, through go live, including payroll reconciliation

Responsibilities

• Facilitate discovery, requirements gathering, and fit-gap analysis for Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll
• Own the functional design and configuration of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll
• Provide SME on payroll processes, elements, balances, and legislative requirements
• Develop and maintain design documents, configuration workbooks, and interface specs
• Collaborate with project managers on plans, RAID logs, and status reporting
• Collaborate with tech teams on integrations and data conversions
• Provide guidance on upstream/downstream impacts across HCM modules
• Demonstrate hands-on experience across full implementation lifecycle
• Excellent documentation, communication, and presentation skills
