Qualifications

• Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll configuration.
• Experience with integration points between SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Broad knowledge of SAP on premise and cloud technology solutions.
• Deep understanding of HR functions and processes; experience across industries; strong MS Excel and MS Project knowledge.
• Experience leading SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current business requirements and develop solutions to meet client needs.
• Design, configure and document SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll based on requirements.
• Assist in developing functional specifications for developments.
• Support testing and create test scripts and scenarios; identify errors.
• Provide application support, system testing, and end-user training; collaborate with consultants across modules.
