Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking an Oracle HCM/Oracle Financial Consultant for a full-time role located in Mississauga, Ontario with remote work options. Pay range CAD$125000 - CAD$150000 per annum.

The ideal candidate will lead Oracle Fusion HCM payroll implementations for Canadian clients, demonstrate deep knowledge of Canadian payroll and pension processes, and manage SDLC activities from design through release. Some travel to Toronto may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of education.
• At least 7 years of IT experience.
• 12+ years of experience in implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM for Payroll modules for Canadian clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM, focusing on Payroll modules and upstream/downstream touchpoints (Absence, OTL, GL) for Canadian clients.
• Demonstrate expert proficiency in Canadian Payroll and Pension processes.
• Apply hands-on experience in Oracle Global Payroll for the Canadian Public sector.
• Conduct system integration testing, support UAT and Payroll Parallel Reconciliation, and assist hyper care.
