Job summary

Accenture's Oracle practice in Canada is seeking a seasoned Oracle HCM professional with Core HR expertise to lead large-scale implementations. You will define and drive end-to-end workstreams, mentor teams, and deliver client-focused outcomes across complex programs.

You will engage stakeholders across Canada and beyond, coordinate cross-functional dependencies, support proposals, and uphold governance and compliance while advancing the client's cloud journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or college program completed in a related discipline.
• 7–10 years of Oracle HCM experience with deep Core HR expertise.
• Proven experience leading workstreams or large functional tracks in Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Strong understanding of HR processes (hire-to-retire, design, workforce structures).
• Experience delivering client-facing engagements in consulting or professional services.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Oracle HCM Core HR workstream across design, build, test and deployment.
• Oversee project phases ensuring scope, timeline and quality expectations.
• Act as primary client contact, providing strategic guidance and recommendations.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies across HCM modules for integrated solutions.
• Lead workshops to gather, validate and refine business requirements.
• Ensure adherence to governance, standards and compliance requirements.
• Coach and mentor team members, promoting capability development.
• Support business development activities including proposals and client presentations.
