Job summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Operations Officer to join the Fund Distribution Team.

Responsibilities

• Process subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and switches for a range of onshore and offshore funds.
• Resolve dealing related enquiries by email and telephone, providing information on funds' portfolios, prices, dealing procedures, markets, and currencies.
• Liaise with local offices, clients, and shareholders worldwide.
• Process paperwork for trades and related activities.
• Maintain shareholder registers and investor files.
• Process redemption, distribution, and dividend payments.
• Prepare and distribute investor statements and contract notes; provide investment manager reporting.
• Ensure compliance with anti-money laundering procedures.
• Report fund transactions to relevant fund accountant teams.
• Perform daily reconciliation of cash accounts.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.

Experience

• 0-2 years of experience, preferably in Transfer Agency or a similar role within financial services.

• Proficiency in financial software and databases.
