We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Officer to join the Fund Distribution Team.

Job Responsibilities

1. Process subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and switches for a range of onshore and offshore funds.
2. Resolve dealing-related inquiries via email and phone, providing information on funds' portfolios, prices, dealing procedures, markets, and currencies.
3. Coordinate with local offices, clients, and shareholders worldwide.
4. Process paperwork related to trades and activities.
5. Maintain shareholder registers and investor files.
6. Handle redemption, distribution, and dividend payments.
7. Prepare and distribute investor statements and contract notes; support investment manager reporting.
8. Ensure compliance with anti-money laundering procedures.
9. Report fund transactions to relevant fund accountant teams.
10. Perform daily reconciliation of cash accounts.
