We are looking for an experienced Senior Operations Officer to join the Fund Distribution Team.

Job Responsibilities

1. Process subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and switches for a range of onshore and offshore funds.
2. Resolve dealing-related enquiries via email and telephone, providing information about funds' portfolios, prices, dealing procedures, markets, and currencies.
3. Liaise with local offices, clients, and shareholders worldwide.
4. Process paperwork for trades and related activities.
5. Maintain shareholder register and investor files.
6. Process redemption, distribution, and dividend payments.
7. Prepare and distribute investor statements and contract notes; provide investment manager reporting.
8. Ensure compliance with anti-money laundering procedures.
9. Report fund transactions to the relevant fund accountant teams.
10. Perform daily reconciliation of cash accounts.
