About the Role

Our client, a leading producer and distributor of fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), is seeking a highly experienced Senior Operations Manager to oversee their operations in Kimberley, Northern Cape . This critical role involves managing the end-to-end operational processes, including production, warehousing, and distribution, to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of FMCG operations, supply chain management, and possess strong leadership capabilities to manage and motivate large teams. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct all day-to-day operations, including production, inventory management, and distribution for the region.

• Strong knowledge of production processes, inventory control, and warehousing best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and operational management software.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid role, balancing strategic planning with operational oversight.
